MINTEDVR is a virtual reality driving simulation. It is developed to support but not replace practical in-car driver training. While MINTEDVR is based on generally accepted driving practices, you must check your local road rules and comply with your state or territory driver training requirements before driving a real motor vehicle on public roads. Australian road rules may vary between states and territories. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations when operating a real motor vehicle on public roads.
About the MINTEDVR MINTDRIVER Course
The MINTDRIVER Course is a ten-session program conducted using Virtual Reality technology. The Course is conducted by a trained MINTEDVR Coach who guides a learner through a range of driving scenarios in VR.
Service Provider
These Terms are between you (the “user”) and the MINTEDVR Australian franchisee or appointed MINTEDVR Coach delivering services to you in Australia.
Age and Eligibility Requirements
To use MINTEDVR’s VR application, attend the MINTDRIVER Course, and access any Content, you need to meet the minimum age and eligibility requirements applicable in your state or territory, have any required parent or guardian consent if you are a minor, and provide accurate registration information.
Pricing
MINTEDVR recommends a maximum course fee of AUD $250 per learner for the 10 session MINTDRIVER Course. Any discounts or additional pricing may be at the discretion of the Franchisee MINTEDVR Coach.
Attendance
A learner will need to have at least 70% attendance and sufficient assessment data to be eligible to receive a MINTDRIVER Progress Report.
Refunds and Credits
A learner may receive a full refund of the MINTDRIVER Course fees paid up to 48 hours before the course commences, subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.
Intellectual Property
The MINTEDVR Application and its content are the intellectual property of MINTEDVR and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use, the Disclaimer, and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and MINTEDVR regarding the Application.
